What you'll do:

As a Site Operations Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our operational success, leading high-performing teams and delivering exceptional results for our valued customers. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities to innovate, optimise, and excel in Australia's most dynamic logistics environment and drive the future of supply chain, using the latest technology.

• Lead and develop high-performing operations teams
• Oversee warehouse operations ensuring SLA compliance and customer excellence
• Drive performance improvements through data analysis and strategic implementation
• Champion safety, compliance, and continuous improvement culture
• Manage resources and logistics to optimise costs and exceed expectations
• Provide training, coaching, and succession planning for team development

Your Success Profile:

• Proven operations management experience in 3PL logistics or supply chain
• Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop teams
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems and MS Office
• Tertiary qualifications in logistics, supply chain, or business (preferred)
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments managing multiple priorities
• Strong experience with WMS systems (Manhattan WMS preferred)
