Overview

Salesforce Administrator - 12 month fixed term contract. The Salesforce Administrator role will work closely with key internal stakeholders to drive the successful setup and ongoing maintenance of the Salesforce platform while liaising with third party providers. As a key platform to managing students internally, the role will enable teams to deliver the highest level of customer service and student experience possible.

What You'll Do
  • Administer and support Salesforce across the organisation
  • Implement enhancements, updates, and workflow improvements
  • Ensure data accuracy, security, and user access management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party providers
What You'll Bring
  • 2–4 years of Salesforce admin experience
  • ADM 201 certification
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data management
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
