We deliver ethical, person-centred, evidence-based behaviour support with a strong focus on relationships, transparency, and quality. With over 25 years of experience across public and private sectors, we offer a supportive and collaborative environment for both clients and team members.

The Opportunity

We're growing and looking for passionate Behaviour Support Practitioners (Proficient and above) to join our small, values-driven team. You'll play a key role in improving quality of life for individuals by addressing behaviours of concern through ethical, person-centred strategies.

What You'll Do

Depending on your experience, responsibilities may include:

  • Conducting Functional Behaviour Assessments
  • Developing and reviewing Behaviour Support Plans
  • Consulting with families, staff, and allied health teams
  • Providing in-home, school, or community visits
  • Coaching and training stakeholders on positive behaviour strategies
  • Upholding NDIS and ethical standards

Requirements

  • Based in Melbourne
  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • Registered NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner (Proficient to Specialist)
  • Experience with people with disability (including ASD, ID, complex needs)
  • Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening, Police Check, NDIS Practioner number
  • Driver's licence, insured vehicle, PRODA, ABN, laptop & phone
