What's On Offer

Identity and Access Management (IAM) is a critical component of IT security and an enabler for ASX staff and customers. This role will focus on the security management and Administration of our PAM (BeyondTrust Password Safe) tool and will be responsible for the co-ordination of the team underlying server and OS infrastructure. The role will entail dealing with daily BAU and Level 2 support for the products whilst using your skillset and enterprise tooling to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, compliance, and control effectiveness in these areas. The role will require an understanding of the technologies involved, a compliance mindset, as well as the ability to innovate and drive change in the area. The role will involve communicating with a wide range of staff across all levels of the business meaning that stakeholder and relationship management via good communication skills are key to being successful in this role.

What You'll Do

• Become a subject matter expert (SME) for the enterprise PAM (BeyondTrust) solution
• Act as a primary coordinator for the maintenance of the in-house IAM team servers and operating systems for both Linux and Windows platforms
• Responsible for ensuring that the IAM Team servers are up to date with patching levels and version levels by means of co-ordination with the IAM team and external teams, where required
• Upgrades of the PAM Infrastructure across all environments via BeyondTrust SUPI and Product Version updates
• Become the Primary SME for supporting and maintaining the Microsoft Certificate Authority and HSM Devices ensuring that patching and versions are up to date
• Work towards taking on the role of Risk Champion for the IAM team and conduct regular catchups around Risk Controls
• Ensuring PAM access maintenance and cleanup activities for staff access are carried out
• Gain an understanding of the user licensing model within PAM to ensure compliancy
• Work with business stakeholders to build appropriate access models for staff who require privileged access, using smart rules, to servers and applications within PAM
• Perform day-to-day 2nd level Identity and Access Management support via SNAP and monitor the team email queue
• Assist in the investigation, identification, and documentation of IAM risks and associated controls
• Produce, maintain and review documentation as required for the relevant platforms
• Build and extend upon the strong system controls and processes by continually questioning and enhancing the process
• Organise, maintain, execute and document the following annual exercises:-
  • Platform database restores
  • BCP (Business Continuity Plan)
    
  What You've Done
  • Proven background in Server support of both Windows and Linux environments with an identity / security focus
  • Good understanding and experience in supporting a Privileged Access Management solution
  • Working background within Identity Access Management (IAM) with particular focus on any of the following applications: PAM system (such as BeyondTrust or CyberArc, etc), Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft CA, Exchange, EntraID, Databases (SQL, Oracle), Cloud Services (AWS, GCP)
  • A working background with network infrastructure, such as, firewall and routing troubleshooting experience
  • Technical documentation
    
    
  And if you've got some of this, even better:
  • Experience with any of the following technologies – SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow, Forgerock, HashiCorp, SSL, SAML, OAuth, PKI, MFA would be beneficial
  • Commercial development experience with any of the following technologies
    • Scripting languages (PowerShell)
    • LDAP Query syntax
    • PowerBI or PowerAutomate
  • Control identification and creation in relation to managing identities and access privileges
  • Experience with Enterprise Password Management tools
  • Financial services experience
