About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Assistant for New Directions Australia PTY LTD in our Sydney Head Office.

In this customer focused role, you will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing the efforts of our Marketing team in the Digital world. The role of a Digital Marketing Assistant is dynamic and requires a blend of creativity, technical skills, and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Data Analysis - Analyzing data to identify trends, patterns and insights.
  • Email Marketing - Assist in the creation and execution of email campaigns.
  • SEO/SEM Optimisation - Monitoring content, suggesting keywords and implementing SEO/SEM.
  • Ad Campaign Management.
  • Reporting - Generating regular reports on key marketing metrics and campaign performance.
  • ROI Enhancement - Focusing on strategic initiatives that aim to maximize return on investment.
  • Survey Strategy and Execution - Designing and implementing targeted marketing surveys.

We are seeking an individual who has the following skills and experience:

  • Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics and Google Merchants.
  • Graphical/Image Design Software - i.e. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva.
  • Video Editing Software - i.e. Adobe Premiere and After Effects.
  • A passionate, confident and outgoing personality with strong personal presentation.
  • An ambitious and driven person who wants to be part of the New Directions vision for the long term.
  • Excellent communication, consulting and interpersonal skills, proven ability in developing trusted relationships at all levels to gain support and achieve outcomes.
  • Self-motivated and driven; a fast learner with a calm & positive influence.
