The opportunity

Looking for the opportunity to work in a fun, dynamic and fast paced environment? As a Cash Office Cashier, you will maintain the daily operations of the Cash Office for the business operation of Admissions, Food & Beverage, Retail outlets and Conference & Events for Village Roadshow Theme Parks.

Your day to day

• Facilitate Cash Office and in-park float requirements to ensure all department needs are met on a daily basis
• Balance daily cash takings
• Balancing and maintaining the overall cash office float
• Facilitate activities to ensure compliance with Company governance & audit expectations (cash/wage advance approvals, daily float sign in/out sheets etc)
• Attending to the cash office window
  
  

What You'll Bring

• Previous experience in cash handling procedures and the ability to work under pressure, multi-task & meet deadlines in a busy office of high volume
• Professional and friendly disposition with excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to work with stakeholders from all business areas
• Strong time management, analytical and organizational skills
• High attention to detail
• Demonstrated discretion and an ability to maintain confidentiality
• Strong Accounting and Reconciling skills
• Intermediate computer skills, with competency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work on any day including weekends and school holidays
