You'll be the customer's go-to from day one, ensuring smooth onboarding, product training, and ongoing support. You'll also get to work alongside a close-knit team based in beautiful Samford Valley, Brisbane, with the backing of Jonas Software and Constellation Software Inc.

What you'll bring:

  1. Experience with software onboarding or implementation
  2. A natural ability to build trusted relationships
  3. Bonus points if you know the car rental industry
