Sales Assistant at Design Switchboards and Distribution

Salary/Rate: $35 – $50 per hour + Super

Location: Yatala, Gold Coast QLD

Type: Full Time

Role Overview:

Due to an increase in new and exciting projects, we are seeking team members with low voltage switchboard manufacturing experience.

We are filling multiple positions for Switchboard Fitter / Switchboard Assembler. These are ongoing roles in a clean, workshop environment with flexible hours, available for immediate or delayed start.

Requirements for Switchboard Fitter / Switchboard Assembler:
  • Previous experience with switchboard manufacturing
  • Current driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Ability to read schematic diagrams
  • Knowledge of wiring rules and QEMM regulations
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team

Design Switchboards and Distribution is a reputable electrical manufacturing company serving regions across Australia from our well-equipped, locally staffed workshop on the Gold Coast, Queensland. We specialize in site temporary power, custom switchboards, riser meter panels, group metering switchboards, and busduct systems.
