Our Chef de Partie plays a key role in delivering high-end food offerings across multiple restaurants, corporate dining, and functions. What you will do?
- Support the day-to-day culinary operations while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
- Demonstrate expertise in minimising waste and optimising kitchen efficiency.
- Ensure strict compliance with HACCP and Food Safety standards.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to uphold and enhance food service standards.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.
- Work a variety of shifts over a 7-day roster, including days, nights, and weekends, based on operational needs.
More About You
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-volume production environment.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet strict deadlines while delivering top-quality food.
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently when required.
- Proficient in HACCP principles and food safety compliance.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams.
- Passion for food, creativity, and a commitment to exceptional service.
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery.
