Expression Of Interest: Boilermaker / Welders

Operating successfully and continuously for over 70 years, Saunders' considerable knowledge and experience ensures we provide to our clients a range of innovativesolutions for their individual project specifications. We have an extensive portfolio of projects, delivering large and complex solutions, including terminal expansions, engineering procurement, tank construction and remediation projects.

We are currently seekingexperienced and safety conscious Tank Boilermaker Welders for ongoing opportunities in Brisbane, QLD on a casual or full time basis.

We are keen to talk to you if you meet the following requirements:

  • Australian recognised trade qualification Boilermaker/Welders
  • Experienced in structural, pipe and plate
  • Previous experience in Bulk Storage Tank construction and/or maintenance highly regarded
  • Safe Work at Heights (valid within the last 2 years) - desirable
  • Confined space ticket (valid within the last 2 years) - desirable
  • Valid Driver's license
  • Proof of right to work in Australia
  • The ability to work within a team
  • Be physically capable to complete manual tasks - the role may involve manual lifting, bending, squatting and kneeling
  • High safety and quality standards
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Ability to complete a pre-employment medical including a drug & alcohol test - mandatory
