Overview

Tasmania, TAS, Australia — Permanent Part Time positions with integratedliving. We're looking for down-to-earth legends to join our team, people who aren't afraid to get stuck in, show up with empathy and celebrate the small wins.

Availability required: Mon to Fri, 8am–6pm. Travel across North & West Launceston, Prospect, Hadspen, Trevallyn (West), Deloraine, Exeter, Deviot, Grindelwald, and surrounding suburbs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide Domestic Assistance (light cleaning) and personal care to clients, including morning routines and medication assistance as part of daily care.
  • Travel between client homes and perform scheduled visits for tasks such as bed making, vacuuming, mopping, ironing, cooking, kitchen and bathroom cleaning, and grocery shopping with clients.
  • Ensure home safety (e.g., bathroom safety) and support clients to engage in daily activities and social interactions.
  • Maintain clear and accurate notes in client systems after each visit using mobile apps.
  • Build real connections with clients, support them to achieve meaningful outcomes, and contribute to a positive day for each client.
Qualifications
  • Qualified Support Worker with a Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or equivalent.
  • Driver's license, reliable car, comprehensive insurance, WWCC, and First Aid/CPR (or willingness to obtain).
  • Tech-friendly: comfortable using smartphones and tablets.
