The Opportunity:
A leading aged care provider is seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Manager to lead clinical excellence at one of their well-established facilities in Shepparton, VIC. This is your chance to step into a pivotal leadership role, overseeing care planning, quality improvement, and compliance while mentoring a dedicated team of clinical professionals.

What You'll Do
  • Provide clinical leadership and drive best-practice care delivery
  • Oversee care planning, AN-ACC assessments, and compliance
  • Ensure quality assurance systems and continuous improvement frameworks are maintained
  • Monitor and support accreditation and infection prevention protocols
  • Lead and support a multidisciplinary care team with empathy and accountability
  • Collaborate with residents, families, and staff to promote a culture of safety, trust and compassion
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a clinical leadership role in aged care
  • Strong knowledge of AN-ACC, aged care accreditation standards, and regulatory frameworks
  • IPC (Infection Prevention and Control) training highly regarded
  • Confident team leadership and staff supervision skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Computer literacy and a genuine passion for improving resident outcomes
