We're on the lookout for a passionate, driven Head Chef to take the reins of our large, full throtle kitchen.

Backed by a talented brigade of 15+, you'll step into a hands-on leadership role focused on culinary excellence, leading from the front, and delivering consistently great food through peak trade, major events, and everything in between.

You'll play a key role in shaping the food experience and kitchen culture in one of the region's most exciting venues.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Leading a team of 15+ in a high-turnover, casual dining kitchen
  • Overseeing day-to-day operations and maintaining smooth service
  • Staying hands-on during busy periods and mentoring the team
  • Upholding exceptional standards for food quality, safety, and compliance
  • Planning for seasonal peaks and key calendar events
  • Using AVC systems for ordering, stocktakes, rostering, and compliance (computer literacy essential)

What You'll Bring:

  • 3+ years as a Head Chef or Senior Sous in a similar high-capacity environment
  • Strong communication, organisation, and leadership skills
  • Ability to guide, motivate, and inspire a large kitchen team
  • Calm under pressure, service-focused, and solutions-driven
  • A love of structure, systems, and maintaining high standards
