Job Title: Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Anaconda Mildura.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a passion for the great outdoors and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As an Anaconda Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading teams of 30+ in a big box retail setting with finesse and determination.

  • Lead and motivate high-performing teams to achieve sales goals and targets.
  • Demonstrate strong financial management skills, including P&L analysis, trend identification, and forecasting.
  • Maintain high-store presentation standards and implement visual merchandising/promotions.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous leadership experience in big box/large format retail environments.
  • Experience leading teams of up to 25+ members.
  • Proficiency in financial management, including P&L analysis, trend identification, and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
