Overview

Join to apply for the Nurses (RNs/ENs) role at easykind. This is a full-time position located in Richmond, Victoria, Australia. At this time, we are unable to support remote work or candidates on Working Holiday Visas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct My Health Record checks to support prescribers in clinical decision-making
  • Facilitate the discharge of patients who are no longer suitable for treatment, with clarity and empathy
  • Perform admin tasks to maintain accurate patient records
  • Assist patients with accessing prescriptions and placing their first orders
  • Contribute ideas to improve our support processes
  • Efficiency in screening and reviewing large amounts of data
  • (Future) potential to support patient onboarding as the role evolves
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in customer support or a similar role
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
  • Tech literacy and ability to be self-sufficient
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
  • Patience and a positive, empathetic attitude towards patients
