Application Developer
About the Role

We are seeking an Application Developer to provide support for customer applications and develop future enhancements. The role involves troubleshooting, coding, and implementing solutions that meet business needs while adhering to development standards.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities
  • Troubleshoot incidents and provide technical code fixes and data fixes.
  • Develop program enhancements based on functional requirements and user stories.
  • Ensure unit tests are created and executed for all code changes prior to peer review.
  • Complete peer reviews before migration of data fixes, code changes, and enhancements.
  • Identify recurrent incidents and perform root cause analysis to provide permanent solutions.
  • Maintain documentation for all programs, systems, and procedures.
  • Ensure SLAs are met and customer expectations exceeded.
  • Follow systems, processes, and methodologies as specified.
Requirements and Experience
  • Experience with Microsoft technologies including MS REDIS, MS SQL, and MS Remote Desktop (RDS).
  • Australian Citizenship is mandatory.
  • Current or reinstatable AGSVA NV1 Security Clearance; NV2 preferred.
