Position Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Emergency Veterinary Nurse to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch care to animals in emergency situations, contributing to the overall success and reputation of ARH Baulkham Hills.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent nursing care to patients in emergency and critical care situations.
- Assist veterinarians in medical procedures and surgeries.
- Monitor and assess patient vital signs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Communicate effectively with pet owners, providing updates on patient status and offering support.
- Collaborate with the veterinary team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Maintain accurate and thorough medical records.

Qualifications
- Cert IV in Veterinary Nursing or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience post qualification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Knowledge of veterinary medical terminology and procedures.
