AbouttheRole

TheProjectManager–CRM&Martechleadstheon-time,on-budgetdeliveryofWWF-Australia'sCRMimplementationandmigrationproject,alongwithotherstrategicinitiativesasdirected.Thisroleoverseestherelevantprojectteam,governance,andriskmanagementtoensuremarketingtechnologyalignswithandsupportsWWF'sstrategicgoals.

  • Projectmanagetheend-to-enddeliveryoftheWWF-AustraliaCRMimplementation&migrationprojecttoSalesforcenonprofitcloudontimeandonbudget,includingallrelevantdeliverablesandtasks.
  • LeadoncoreCRM&marketingtechprojectmanagementtasksincludingscheduling,deliverymanagement,projectgovernanceandcommunication,andcontract,budgetandriskmanagement.
  • Ensurethatseniorstakeholders,includingtheCRMsteeringcommittee,executiveteamandboardcommitteesareupdatedasrelevantontheprogressoftheprojectandprojectrisks.
  • Complieswithlegislationandstandards,policiesandpractices,particularlyadvocacywithexcellence,informationsecurity,healthandsafety,childprotection,preventionofsexualexploitationandabuse,security,sustainability,andequalemploymentopportunity.
