CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST/CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGY REGISTRAR/GENERAL PSYCHOLOGIST – INDEPENDENT CONTRACT ROLE

MyndfulPsychology is a boutique private practice, in the heart of Albert Park, thatprovides exceptional support to the wellbeing of our psychologists.We have a growing team of psychologists andtake pride in providing a positive workplace culture, outstanding onsite administrativesupport, regular professional development opportunities and high-qualitysupervision.We also ensure our independentcontracts are generous, with a low service fee. Our session fees are in linewith the current APS and AAPi scheduled fees.

We areseeking psychologists under an Independent Contract Agreement with strongevidence- based psychological skills to join our team at a minimum 2 days perweek. Our clients range from children, adolescents to older adults. You will besupported by strong leadership in a warm, friendly, and collegial environment doingthe work you love.

LOCATION& HOURS

The role is located in the heart of Albert Park, with the optionof consulting in person as well as telehealth onsite. Our warm and nurturingnew rooms offer a space that is welcoming, private, and professional.You can select the hours that you seeclients, to suit your lifestyle

Our practice is within walking distance to the beach, with publictransport, restaurants, cafes, and shops a short walk away.

WHAT MYNDFULPSYCHOLOGY OFFERS

· Full administrative support from 830am-5pm includingintake, triage and booking referrals; management of waitlist and confirmationof bookings, and payment collection

· Marketing through regular website updates,communication to referrers, & social media

· Social events, team collaboration, supportive &friendly environment

· Demonstrate confidence and autonomy in working with awide range of presenting issues in children, adolescents through to olderadults

· Haveexperience in EMDR and/or Schema Therapy (highly desirable but not essential)

· Have strong interpersonal, written, and oral skills

· Enjoy being an active part of a team with a desire todevelop within our practice

· Currently have AHPRA registration, Working withChildren Check and police check and Professional Indemnity Insurance

· Have a Masters or Doctoral degree in psychology

· Have eligibility for registration with Medicare
