The Reward Practice (TRP) is an independent advisory firm to Boards, Executives and Management across public (ASX), private and government organisations.
The Position
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious professional seeking an exciting next step in their career. As the Analyst / Consultant you will play a key role in supporting senior advisors in the design and delivery of high-quality insights and solutions to clients.
Responsibilities
- Collecting, validating, analysing and interpreting data for accuracy and relevance
- Conducting research and helping to translate strategic, financial and organisational insights into pragmatic solutions
- Planning and project management
- Preparing clear and accurate client reports with recommendations
- Supporting consultants in the delivery of tailored solutions
- Working across multiple client engagements concurrently
- Building an understanding of client needs and contributing to meetings and deliverables
Client-Centric Approach: Unlike larger consulting firms, you'll have more opportunities to directly engage with clients. Your insights and recommendations will shape key decisions, ensuring your expertise makes a tangible impact.
Remuneration & Benefits: This is a permanent, full-time position offering a competitive salary package and the opportunity to participate in the Company profit-share plan, paid every six months. Flexible working and self-management are part of the firm's fabric. There is no expectation to be in the office five days per week - the focus is on client delivery, collaboration and accountability. TRP provides learning and development programs, ongoing mentorship and on-demand training to support career growth. You will work with a collaborative team of practitioners and gain exposure to high-level networking with Boards and C-suite stakeholders across various sectors.
About You
To be successful in this position you will have:
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant field.
- Previous relevant experience as a graduate analyst, analyst or consultant is required.
- Excellent analytical, reasoning, judgement and numerical skills.
- Advanced Excel and MS Suite skills (e.g. pivot tables, lookups and charts).
- A proactive, positive attitude, drive and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
