Job Description
Your role will include, but is not limited to:
- Lead and drive financial performance for the AUS division.
- Review and provide oversight of all financial reports from the team.
- Oversee the budgeting and forecasting process, both monthly and yearly.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and government requirements, including tax.
- Participate in financial projects, when applicable.
- Look for potential improvements in financial systems and processes.
- Stakeholder management and liaison with external auditors.
A Successful Financial Controller Should Be Able To Demonstrate
- A tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance.
- CA or CPA qualification, preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards.
- Experience in a similar role, manufacturing sector preferred.
- Experience with SAP.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team of three.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Total salary package of up to $175K (including superannuation), pending experience.
- International manufacturing organisation.
- Heatherton location.
