The Role
  • Retail Minibus Driver who will oversee the transportation of a small team of stock counters to and from each shift within your region.
  • Employment will be at different retail customer sites; travel will vary by shift. Certain locations may have minibus transport provided free of charge.
  • Follow the correct processes when notifying the count team of pick-up points and timings for each shift.
  • Escalate any vehicle issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Complete a team attendance sheet detailing the stock counters expected on the bus, attendance, and bus arrival times on site.
  • On site, ensure stock is counted quickly and accurately using a handheld scanner.
  • Stand for prolonged periods and use equipment as needed to access high stock.
Key Skills / Experience
  • Full Driving Licence required.
  • Ability to work long shifts on large counts; a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Willingness to work unsociable hours, with early mornings or night shifts; minimum age 21.
  • Quick learner; experience with stock handling is an advantage but not required.
