About The Role

Permanent Part Time Position at our Erskineville Centre.

Hours: 8:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday to Friday

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing delicious and healthy meals for children in our care, based on a carefully crafted rotational menu. Your culinary skills will help provide balanced nutrition, contributing to the wellbeing and development of our little ones.

What We Are Looking For
  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery/Hospitality and/or Food Safety supervisor level.
  • Food Safety Supervisor (Level 1 & 2)
  • Demonstrate practical knowledge in delivering a nutritional and aesthetic seasonal menu/meal in an Early Childhood setting.
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of allergens and the Food safety guidelines.
  • Ability to create and maintain a friendly, secure and stimulation learning environment while fostering a positive work relationship with your team, families, and children.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
  • Holds a valid
    • First Aid certificate (or willingness to obtain)
    • Working With Children Check
