Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Service Manager and team to deliver high-quality business services.
  • Provide customer service at the Bendigo Government Hub (in-person and phone).
  • Manage fleet vehicles, contractors, and general office/site needs.
  • Order and maintain office supplies.
  • Keep databases up to date and prepare reports.
  • Assist in project and priority delivery.
  • Promote a culturally safe, inclusive work environment.
Key Selection Criteria

Experience/Qualifications
  • Experience in office administration is desirable.
Capabilities
  • Customer Focus: Understand customer needs and strive for quality service.
  • Teamwork: Work well with others, share information, and help when needed.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Be respectful, professional, and mindful of others' feelings.
  • Tech Skills: Confident using Microsoft tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, etc.); basic understanding of digital trends like cybersecurity and automation.
    • Experienced in admin and customer service, with strong coordination skills and a proactive approach to keeping office operations running smoothly.
