Overview

Rub Downes Integrated Health is seeking a highly motivated Remedial Massage Therapist/Myotherapist with a can-do attitude to join our team. We are a well-established practice that has provided massage services onsite at the Fortitude Valley Health Hub for 20 years and are known for high-quality service and client satisfaction. This role is based at 438 St Paul's Terrace, Fortitude Valley, in a busy clinic within the Health Hub where collaboration with other health professionals is encouraged.

Responsibilities
  • Provide Remedial Massage and Myotherapy treatment.
  • Utilize musculoskeletal assessment and clinical reasoning to guide treatment planning and interventions.
  • Offer advice and planning to help clients improve health, wellbeing and performance.
  • Collaborate with other health professionals within the Health Hub.
  • Establish and maintain a welcoming space for clients and staff.
  • Grow with access to an extensive and active client base.
Qualifications
  • Diploma of Remedial Massage or Advanced Diploma in Myotherapy.
  • Growth mindset and strong work ethic.
  • Passion for remedial massage and related guidance to support health, wellbeing and performance.
  • Keen interest in musculoskeletal assessment and a clinical reasoning approach to treatment.
Employment details
  • Contracted position.
  • Starting commitment of 10-16 hours per week.
  • Location: Fortitude Valley Health Hub, 438 St Paul's Terrace, Fortitude Valley, QLD.
