Our Purpose

Rehab Management, part of the Arriba Group, manages a substantial portfolio, working with some of Australia's largest organisations, including Australia's top insurers, large Federal and State government departments and other key agencies including the Department of Veteran Affairs.

The group was founded in 1998 by Marcella Romero, a strategic, passionate and innovative leader who expanded a one-woman home office to three successful enterprises: Rehab Management, AimBig Employment and LiveBig.

Your Purpose

About You
  • AHPRA or ESSA registration
  • Tertiary degree in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy
  • Passionate about helping people navigate complex rehabilitation plans
  • Pride yourself on stakeholder management and communication skills

The Role
  • Collaborate and work closely with treatment providers (including Doctors, Specialists, and Allied Health Professionals) to ensure the best recovery outcomes for your clients
  • Provide clinical opinions and justification through report writing
  • Attend a variety of workplaces on a weekly basis, and learn the physical demands and responsibilities of a number of job roles to support a safe and timely return to work or maintenance at work
  • Educate workplaces on how to manage and prevent workplace injuries
  • Collaborate and build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients
