We're looking for a part-time Customer Solutions Advisor to join our team.
About the RoleAs a Customer Solutions Advisor, you'll be acting as a customer champion, understanding their needs and helping them use technology effectively in their daily lives.
You'll ensure customers receive the best value and advice. Your daily tasks may include:
- Providing updates on the latest devices, accessories, and special events.
- Offering tailored solutions that fit customers' lifestyles.
- Supporting customers with troubleshooting and guiding them on using our services confidently.
No technical expertise is required We provide comprehensive training to keep you updated on our evolving industry.
Your SkillsWe're seeking individuals who bring enthusiasm and positivity to customer interactions, possess excellent communication skills, and are eager to learn about technology and gadgets.
