What's the role?

We currently have an opportunity to join Visual Domain as Senior Creative Producer. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind our most exciting video projects. Your creative vision, leadership and commercial acumen will elevate production quality, foster seamless collaboration and deliver an outstanding client experience. You will lead complex productions, overseeing the entire production process from concept through to final delivery. You will ensure projects stay within budget and schedule and maintain high creative standards.

This is a hands-on, senior role that blends creative thinking, production expertise, and commercial

insight to deliver standout video content across TVCs, social campaigns, case studies, testimonials, animation and more — all for some of Australia's most recognisable brands.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee production process, ensuring timely and successful delivery of all

video projects.

create and manage production schedules and budgets, ensuring projects stay on track and within financial parameters

Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure the project is set up for successful execution and delivery

Oversee the post-production process, ensuring the final product aligns with the creative vision and client requirements.

Provide final approvals on edits, ensuring the highest level of quality control before delivering the final video to the client.

Work closely with the Creative Director, clients and wider production team to develop and refine video concepts, ensuring they align with brand goals and objectives

Ensure that the creative vision is maintained throughout the production process, delivering high-quality videos that meet or exceed client expectations.

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, presenting ideas, and keeping them informed on the progress of projects.

Collect feedback from clients at different stages and oversee the incorporation of changes into the final product.

Anticipate and resolve problems that may arise during the production process, including technical, creative, or logistical challenges.

Develop contingency plans and ensure compliance with safety and legal regulations.

Who are you?

You bring a minimum of 5 years of experience in a producer role.

You possess a strong creative vision and a deep understanding of the video production industry and current content trends.

You excel at leading and developing creative concepts, providing innovative solutions.

You have a proven track record in meeting deadlines, managing schedules, and leading teams.

Your communication and collaboration skills are exceptional, allowing you to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Have experience in managing multiple stakeholders and working with creative agencies

Excel in building strong client relationships and delivering a high level of customer service
