The Opportunity

We're looking for a creative, strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to help bring our brand to life across various digital platforms. This is an exciting chance to lead a dynamic team and be a key player in expanding our brand's presence while driving growth for our amazing venues.

The Role:

  • Lead & Inspire: Manage a passionate team of three, creating an environment where creativity and collaboration thrive.
  • Boost Our Online Presence: Develop and execute SEO strategies that increase organic traffic and help our venues get noticed.
  • Strategic Budget Management: Plan and manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are used wisely to maximize returns.
  • Yearly Marketing Plan: Create a comprehensive marketing plan each year that aligns with our goals, identifying key opportunities for growth.
  • Email Marketing (EDM): Design and run email campaigns that capture attention and drive engagement.
  • Google Ads & Paid Campaigns: Oversee Google Ads and paid advertising to ensure maximum effectiveness and return on investment.
  • Social Media Marketing: Build and execute social media strategies that engage our audience and keep our venues top of mind.
  • Website Management: Ensure our website is up-to-date and engaging, while tracking its performance for continuous improvements.
  • Team Collaboration: Work alongside our talented venue teams to help them achieve their growth and marketing goals.
  • External Partnerships: Build strong relationships with our external partners to deliver outstanding marketing results.
  • Analyse & Optimise: Continuously monitor and analyse campaign performance to make data-driven decisions and optimize results.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure our brand messaging is consistent and compelling across all marketing materials.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field (Master's preferred) highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role highly desirable.
  • Previous experience within the hospitality/restaurant industry highly desirable.
  • Proven expertise in SEO, Google Ads, EDM, and social media marketing.
  • Strong experience in developing and executing marketing strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Solid understanding of current digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Experience with website CMS and basic HTML is a plus.
