Senior Project Management Office Consultant

Due to the continued success and growth of Seven Consulting, we are looking for a talented Senior PMO Consultant with relevant experience who shares our passion for delivering quality outcomes through business change to join our team on a full-time permanent basis.

Your Role:

As a Senior PMO Consultant, you will work directly with our clients to deliver high quality PMO services. Each engagement is different but typical responsibilities of a Senior PMO Consultant include:

  • Support the PMO Manager in establishing and operating the PMO for a project, program, or portfolio.
  • Driving improvements and uplifting PMO capabilities.
  • Developing and implementing robust processes, supporting the overall governance and controls.
  • Refining existing PMO practices in line with changing requirements and assisting in the establishment of best practices and frameworks.
  • Liaise with stakeholders at all levels of the client's organisation.
  • Motivate and guide other members of the PMO team.

What you bring:

  • Self-starter with proven ability to add value within project, program &/or portfolio PMOs.
  • Track record of successfully delivering PMO services for technology projects & programs.
  • Proven abilities in establishment and tracking of governance and controls for traditional and agile-run projects/programs/portfolios.
  • Solid stakeholder management skills and ability to influence.
  • Experience working in different types of PMO is desirable.
  • Excellent references from previous employers and client sponsors.
  • High energy levels to ensure successful project delivery or turnaround success.
