PT Assistant Store Manager FTC | SHERIDAN Outlet | Toowoomba

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to join the team at our Sheridan Toowoomba Outlet. This is a fixed-term part-time role ending July 2026.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire your team to achieve budgets, KPIs and targets
  • Drive a high performing team committed to providing exceptional customer service
  • Coach your team through product knowledge, using your passion for selling
  • Maintain store operations including stock management and visual merchandising (VM)
  • Previous experience in people management, coaching and delivering feedback is ideal
