Overview

The Cook is at the heart of restaurant operations. You will be preparing fresh and delicious food, problem solving and weighing-in with expertise on vibrant Mexican flavours. You'll have the opportunity to utilise fresh ingredients to produce high standard products for our guests.

Must be able to work from 8:00 to 4:00 pm or 4:00 pm to 12:45 AM.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare fresh and delicious food with vibrant Mexican flavours.
  • Problem solve and ensure high standards of product for new and regular guests.
  • Utilise fresh ingredients to produce quality outputs.
Qualifications
  • Kitchen experience is helpful but not essential.
  • Open to coaching, eager to learn and ready to put in the effort.
  • A positive, can‑do attitude and reliability.
