Are you a friendly and organized individual with a passion for music? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? Powerhouse Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and personable Receptionist to join the team at a leading music rights management company.

In this role you will operate as part of the company's Administration team and provide support primarily to the Sydney office to create a warm, inviting and professional environment for staff and visitors. The role also assists with managing the company's reception, including directing telephone enquiries and receiving visitors in accordance with their security policies and procedures.

This exciting role involves:

  • Support building and office management across all sites across Australia.
  • Perform receptionist and switchboard operator duties and front desk operation.
  • Managing the Administration team workflow via internal ticketing system.
  • Ensuring new starters receive required equipment and retrieving equipment from terminated employees.
  • Assist with the company's work, health and safety responsibilities for the office working environments including but not limited to being a dedicated Fire Warden and First Aid Officer.
  • Assist with setting up in-house events and conferences.
  • Liaise with third-party service providers as required.
  • Receive and distribute incoming mail and process outgoing mail.
  • Maintain stock levels of office supplies.
  • Maintain Administration and Reception email inbox.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as required by management.
