As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Finance Manager to join our team.
Position Overview:
The ANZ Senior Finance Manager will be responsible for the ANZ P&L and Cash Flow, working closely with regional and corporate finance leadership and partnering with cross-functional teams across the business. This role supports the established ANZ sales, marketing, and operations organization, focusing on strategic P&L management, advanced margin analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and driving operational excellence. Reporting to the Head of ANZ and functionally to the Regional VP Finance, this position is part of a dynamic team that works in a fast-paced environment, where keen attention to detail and an ability to partner and lead the business is crucial to success.

- Serve as a key finance leader for the ANZ region, partnering with cross-functional teams to achieve and exceed P&L and Cash Flow targets.
- Drive continuous improvements in forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting to support strategic business decisions.
- Actively identify, assess, and manage Risks & Opportunities, ensuring proactive mitigation plans.
- Lead Finance IT systems implementation for ANZ, across ERP and EPM.
- Establish P&L analytics across Categories, Sub-categories, Channels, and Retailers/ Customers.
- Partner closely with Controller team to ensure clear linkage between statutory & management reports.
- Continuously explore and implement IT solutions to automate and streamline core finance processes.
- Partner with commercial and operational teams to optimize Working Capital, focusing on Inventory, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable.
- Develop robust Cash Flow forecasts tied to P&L performance, ensuring alignment with Corporate Finance liquidity requirements.
- Support ANZ's established supply chain with financial strategies that enhance efficiency and profitability.
- Represent the Finance function for key strategic projects, working alongside business and functional leaders.
Experience:
- Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in Finance & Accounting, preferably in a fast-paced industry such as Consumer Goods, FMCG, and Retail. Comfortable in a multi-national setting managing both local and regional stakeholders.
- Experience in both well-established MNCs and start-up environments is preferred.
- Strong business acumen, on top of financial expertise.
- Strong track record of business partnering to drive growth plans, improving profitability, managing forecast and risks & opportunities.
- Ability to effectively partner with and/or challenge senior leadership.
- Able to handle multiple projects & priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
- Excellent communication skills: able to analyze complex business & financial topics, simplify and drive action to multi-functional teams.
- Hands-on and adaptable leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with a strategic mindset as well as strong operational agility.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel / Office skills required, especially the need to have exceptional financial modelling skills.
- Proficiency in Business Analytics systems such as Power BI is preferred.
