Position details and application information are provided by the employer. The role involves managing the College's accounts receivable, invoicing, payments, and financial records, with opportunities to contribute to financial reporting and budgeting within the Finance, Business, and Administrative teams.

Responsibilities
  • Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, statements, and financial recordkeeping
  • Handle fee-related enquiries, negotiate payment plans, and maintain communication records
  • Liaise with parents/guardians to resolve payment issues
  • Coordinate with debt collection agencies as needed and ensure compliance with financial policies
  • Support financial reporting, budgeting, and other administrative functions

Qualifications
  • Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration
  • Senior First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • Certificate IV or Diploma in Accounting and Bookkeeping or higher
