Are you seeking an invigorating new challenge? Well, we are looking for a part-time Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate or Co-Agent supporting a Lead Agent at Place Karalee, you'll dive into the dynamic world of prospecting for new business and learning from an experienced Lead Agent in the field.

As a Sales Associate or Co-Agent, tasks you will be involved with include (but are not limited to):

  • Building and maintaining authentic buyer and clientele relationships
  • Managing buyer enquiries and maintaining databases
  • Sales prospecting including cold calling and email marketing
  • Coordinating and attending appointments, photo shoots, and inspections
  • Communicating with prospective buyers
  • General administration as required
To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Current QLD Sales Registration Certificate
  • Current driver's license with a suitable vehicle
  • Previous experience in a sales environment (desirable)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work Saturdays + flexible on days throughout the week (no Sunday work required)
  • An eagerness to develop and grow your Real Estate career
