We're looking for a confident, driven leader—whether you're an Assistant Centre Manager ready to step up, or an Educational Leader eager to grow your leadership profile. This is your chance to make a real impact, while receiving hands-on mentoring from an experienced Centre Manager who's invested in your success.

What you'll do:

Create a high-energy, inclusive, and collaborative team culture

Inspire and coach educators to deliver their best every day

Lead play-based learning programs that spark curiosity and align with NQF standards

Build authentic relationships with families and the community

Oversee rosters, compliance, and enrolments with confidence and ease

Partner with your Centre Manager to drive the centre's continued success

We're looking for someone who:

Holds a Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)

Has leadership experience or ambition to step into a Centre Manager role

Knows the NQF, regulations, and quality standards inside out

Thrives in a collaborative, energetic, and hands-on environment

Is ready to lead from the floor and support educators daily

Holds current First Aid, CPR, Child Protection, and NSW clearances
