About the role Cire Early Learning is looking for an Early Childhood Room Leader and Diploma Qualified Early Childhood Educators to join our beautiful Yarra Junction Early Years Hub. Your days will be fun , challenging and varied. Working as part of an established team of educators, you will be responsible for: Leading a team of Educators to ensure full compliance of the service Leading the delivery of quality education and care in line with the Victorian Early Years Learning Framework Driving pedagogical practices that are aligned to the organisation's philosophy, values, policies and procedures Developing and delivering programs that are enriching and responsive to the individual developmental needs and interests of the children, and which maximise their opportunity to develop to their full potential Building and maintaining meaningful relationships with children and working with their families in relation to the care, welfare and development of their children Our dedicated Early Learning team is professional and friendly with a strong desire to create positive experiences for the children in their care. Led by our experienced Directors, the team focuses on creating opportunities for development, inclusion, and engagement. Guided by the Reggio Emilia approach to early years education, you will be joining a team that is committed to service excellence and you will receive all the necessary resources and support to ensure your success. About you To be successful in this role, you will require: An ACECQA-approved Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (minimum, or working towards) An in-depth understanding of program development and behaviour guidance strategies, and can mentor others in this practice A passion for educating and creating positive experiences for children Be an engaging and effective communicator, both with the children in your care and their families You understand your obligations under the Child Safe Standards and are comfortable working within the National Quality and Victorian Early Years Learning Frameworks To enjoy Cire's environment and culture, you will have a community focus, friendly personality and positive attitude.
