Overview

Senior Graphic Designer — 6 to 12 month contract. Based at our Pyrmont offices. DHG is a part of Doltone Hospitality Group, an in-house creative agency working across hospitality, events, retail and tourism.

Reporting to the Head of Design, you will lead creative projects from concept to execution across digital, print and event platforms, maintain a consistent brand identity, and deliver campaigns that drive engagement and results.

This is a hands-on, office-based role in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print and experiential channels
  • Translate brand strategy into compelling visual assets
  • Champion DHG's brand identity across all touchpoints
  • Collaborate with marketing, events and sales teams to deliver integrated campaigns
  • Mentor junior designers and uphold design excellence within the team
  • Lead photoshoots and work with external partners as needed
  • Stay on top of trends and inject fresh thinking into every brief
Qualifications and Skills
  • 5+ years' experience in a graphic design or similar role
  • Portfolio demonstrating multi-channel design expertise
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat)
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography and design systems
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to lead projects independently and manage multiple deadlines
  • Degree in Graphic Design or related field
  • Bonus: Experience in art direction and/or the hospitality industry
