Change Analyst | Strategic People & Culture Projects

  • 12 Month Contract + Extensions
  • Adelaide-based - Hybrid work environment
  • Start dates: 1 x Mid July 2025 & 1x Start of September 2025

We're working with a large organisation that plays a critical role in powering communities across the state. As part of their Strategic Portfolio, they're now seeking two experienced Change Analysts to support key People & Culture initiatives within their Organisational Capability team.

About the Role

You'll work alongside a high-performing Organisational Change and Capability team to support the successful delivery of change initiatives. Reporting to the Change Lead, you'll engage with stakeholders, help document change impacts, and support the rollout of interventions that ensure teams are ready for and responsive to change.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Conducting change impact assessments across people, processes, and systems
  • Supporting stakeholder engagement planning and mapping
  • Assisting with the development and execution of change plans, including comms and training
  • Collaborating with communication teams to ensure messaging is clear and consistent
  • Gathering feedback and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Contributing to a collaborative, agile work environment

About You

You're a proactive, people-focused Change Analyst with demonstrated experience supporting business transformation projects. You bring a structured yet adaptable approach and enjoy working closely with stakeholders to understand and support their journey through change.

Ideally, You'll Have:

  • Previous experience in a Change Analyst or similar role on project teams
  • Exposure to change frameworks like PROSCI/ADKAR or PCI
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience working within utilities, mining, or similarly complex industries (desirable)
  • An understanding of agile ways of working
