Undergraduate IT Student role at Bosch offers hands-on IT support experience in a global technology leader with a 12-month paid placement.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting Bosch Oceania associates with effective use of computer, mobile, and printer hardware and productivity software.
  • Managing lifecycle replacements of computer and mobile hardware.
  • Resolving common faults with a focus on consulting Bosch global products and services.
  • Collaborating within the team and contributing to a supportive work environment.
About You

What you'll need:

  • Currently enrolled and completed at least 1 year in an Information Technology or similar degree.
  • Passion for excellent customer service; prior retail or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Experience with SharePoint, MS Teams, and other modern Microsoft collaboration technologies.
  • Exposure to GenAI technology such as MS Copilot.
  • Broad understanding of desktop, network, server, and application environments.
  • Awareness of data security principles.
  • Understanding of Windows 11, Apple systems, and IT Service Management tools like ServiceNow.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer and stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize multiple tasks, and work well both independently and in a team.
  • Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders, including senior team members.
  • Desirable: Experience with low code/no code platforms and Power BI.
