About The Role

We are seeking a Maintenance Planner to support fixed plant operations at a major industrial site in Newcastle, NSW. This is a planning role focused on work order management using SAP.

This position offers the opportunity to apply your planning skills in a dynamic team and supports a stable contract until the end of 2025, with a high likelihood of extension into 2026.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Plan and schedule maintenance activities for fixed plant assets.
  2. Create and manage work orders using SAP.
  3. Coordinate maintenance tasks with operations and execution teams.
  4. Ensure resource and material availability to meet planning deadlines.
  5. Support compliance with work management processes and site safety procedures.
  6. Communicate with supervisors and technicians to maintain workflow efficiency.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. Proven experience as a Maintenance Planner, preferably in fixed plant.
  2. SAP experience in planning and work order management.
  3. Strong understanding of maintenance workflows and planning processes.
  4. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  5. Ability to work on-site Monday to Friday.
  6. Australian Working Rights.
