Aviation Protection Officers - Alice Springs Airport

We are currently looking for Aviation Protection Officers to be based at Alice Springs Airport on a part-time basis. No experience necessary

Overview

You will be responsible for:

  • Undertaking screening activities in a fast-paced airport environment
  • Ensuring compliance with security and safety procedures and regulatory requirements
  • Creating safe and memorable travel experiences for travellers and visitors
Qualifications

You will have:

  • The ability to complete/obtain a FULLY PAID Transport Security Protection Course
  • Amazing customer service skills, keen eye for detail, and NO previous security experience is required
  • The ability to successfully pass drug and alcohol screening and medical assessments
  • The ability to obtain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) - Full Criminal History Check
  • The availability to work on a 24/7 rotating roster
  • Physical ability to perform all security and safety emergency procedures
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing team environment
