We're looking for a passionate and highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer to elevate the visual identity of our brands across café, retail, and digital environments. You'll play a pivotal role in creating compelling, brand-aligned creative work that maximises visibility and impact across multiple channels. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role suited to a proactive, solutions-focused designer who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment.

You'll be joining a fun and highly creative team in a studio environment that has worked with Oscar-winning actor Al Pacino, many of Australia's leading fashion designers and some of the world's best chefs, iconic restaurants and cafes. Your portfolio showcases a strong background in branding and building future brands. You thrive on creating identities from the ground up and boosting them up for success in a competitive market.

You'll work collaboratively with both team members and customers to create best-in-class visual representations — ensuring relevance and engagement at every touchpoint to produce an impactful and memorable branding suite. Your adept in amplifying brand awareness through clever marketing executions and activities, working on projects end-to-end and seeing them through to production.

Responsibilities

• Café Brand Design & Identity: Develop visually cohesive café programs that hero the Vittoria brand while adapting to venue-specific needs. Includes signage, menus, ambient branding, and merch.
• Retail Execution Support: Create high-impact point-of-sale materials, promotional displays, in-store visibility elements, and shopper marketing assets that drive sell-through and brand recognition.
• Packaging Design: Contribute to new and existing pack design across coffee, beverages, and food ranges — from concept through to production-ready files.
• Creative Resizing & Adaptation: Resize and optimise existing creative for various touchpoints including digital banners, social media, print, OOH, and in-store.
• AI & Innovation: Embrace AI tools and workflows to enhance creative development, ideation, and speed to market.
• Motion & Animation: Apply basic animation and motion design skills to bring campaigns to life across digital and social.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to understand business goals and translate them into effective design solutions.
• Brand Stewardship: Champion and protect the Vittoria brand aesthetic and ensure all creative outputs are consistent with our premium positioning.

What are we looking for?

• 5+ years' experience in graphic design, ideally in FMCG, liquor or hospitality sectors.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop); experience with After Effects or similar a plus.
• Strong understanding of brand building and visual storytelling.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Highly collaborative mindset with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.
• A beautiful portfolio showcasing a mix of café, retail, brand, and digital work
• Experience with Canva and AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Sora, Runway) is highly regarded.
• While deep AI expertise isn't required, you have a curious mindset and are open to using AI tools to enhance creativity, speed up workflows, and improve output quality.
• Knowledge of packaging production and print processes.
