The Financial Services Council represents Australia's retail and wholesale funds management businesses, superannuation funds, investment platforms and financial advice licensees.

This is an exciting and dynamic role, working together with the different parts of the organisation, from the events to the finance and policy teams.

Job Description

Reporting to the Executive Director of Finance & Operations, the role encompasses administrative tasks such as CRM management, diary support, member onboarding, working group coordination, and support for industry engagement activities. It requires close collaboration with senior leaders and both internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and logistical execution.

Beyond executive support, the role is responsible for key office operations, including procurement, mail and courier services, vendor liaison, and the maintenance of internal resources. It also includes direct assistance to the Finance & Operations Director on a range of finance and IT-related tasks.
