Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Participate in a 2-year rotational graduate program with placements across various departments
  • Gain hands-on experience and exposure to real-world challenges in the energy sector
  • Collaborate with experienced industry professionals and teams
  • Engage in site visits to Beach Energy operations
  • Contribute fresh thinking and bold ideas in engineering, geoscience, or commercial/business analysis disciplines
About You

The company is looking for:

  • Final-year students or recent graduates (2024/2025 completion) in the following disciplines:
    • Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Process, Petroleum or related)
    • Geoscience (Geology, Geophysics)
    • Commercial & Business Analysis (Commercial, Marketing & Trading, Business Development & Business Strategy)
  • Strong communication skills, curiosity, and a collaborative mindset
  • Commitment to safety, problem-solving, and continuous improvement
  • Alignment with Beach Energy's company values
  • Australian working rights (citizenship or permanent residency essential)
