Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager with a strong background in the meat industry. The successful candidate will oversee production processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards. Responsibilities include planning schedules, estimating costs, preparing budgets, and coordinating with other departments to meet production goals.

About You

  • Willing to work on the production floor to troubleshoot issues, provide guidance, and maintain operational standards.
  • Extensive experience in a similar role within the meat industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage priorities.
  • Safety-conscious.
  • Excellent leadership skills to manage and motivate a diverse team.
  • Confident communication skills at all levels.
  • Flexible hours and adaptability to changing demands.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
