Expression of Interest

If you have an interest or experience in Counter UAS, UAS, CBRN, Land Domain and Maritime Autonomy, we want to hear from you.

  • This is a role where your leadership, strategic thinking, and people skills will make a real difference. Leading all aspects of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and governance in alignment with Defence frameworks.
  • Coordinating delivery across multiple workstreams including engineering, logistics, security, and systems integration.
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders across Defence (CASG, ADF) and industry to support program success.
  • Overseeing contracts, reporting, milestones, and compliance with Defence capability and acquisition standards.

  • Experience managing complex Defence programs within the Land and Maritime domains.

  • A sound understanding of Defence Procurement and delivery frameworks such as ASDEFCON.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with a people-first approach to stakeholder engagement.

This role does require the successful applicant to be an Australian Citizen and hold a Baseline level security clearance and be able to uplift to NV-1 level clearance.
