Rehabilitation Consultant - Psychologist

Job Description

The ORS Workplace Rehabilitation division is expanding and we are seeking our next clinician to join us You will join a national team of 50+ consultants providing clinical services & evidence-based case management for injured workers so they can get back to living their best lives. You will work across national and state-based customer contracts.

You will perform an array of assessments and interventions across various environments, including family homes, workplaces, medical centres and clinics, and/or ORS offices. You will help to bring best practice health engagements into all facets of our clients' rehabilitation journeys.

Learning and Development

You will connect with our dedicated Learning & Development Managers who possess extensive clinical experience and qualifications. You will have the ability to engage in one-on-one and group training sessions and seek advice on complex cases.

Psychology Internship Program

ORS funds $7,500 in annual supervision costs to support employees with their supervised practice pathways to general registration as a Psychologist. Supervision is provided either in-house or externally.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling
  • Registration or ability to become registered with AHPRA, ASORC or RCAA
  • A car and licence
  • A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain one for client-facing roles
