ZSG Kitchen Manager's Responsibilities

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of store & kitchenManaging all expected key performance indicators i.e., financial & rosteringSupervising & coaching team members to deliver exceptional ZSG experienceDeliver ZSG food quality & safety standards

ZSG Kitchen Manager's Skills & Experience

Highly motivated natural leader who doesn't hesitate to be hands onA passion for food and executing restaurant operationsA positive 'can do' attitude Ability to build an efficient team in a fast-paced environmentExperienced Restaurant or Kitchen Management: 2 years minimum (Preferred)
